Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Please note that sending a false or misleading notice on purpose may make you responsible for any damage it causes.

Counter Notification: Restoring Material

If material you provided was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake, you can send a counter notice. Please include:

  1. Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
  2. A description of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement that you believe in good faith that the material was removed because of a mistake or wrong identification.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your counter notice to the same email address. If the person who made the first claim does not take legal action within 14 business days, we may put the material back.

Repeat Infringer Policy

If the same source is found to copy protected work more than once, we will remove that content from the Site for good and stop accepting material from that source.
